agnir uvāca
manvādayo bhuktimuktidharmāṃścīrtvāpnuvanti yān /
proce paraśurāmāya varuṇoktantu puṣkaraḥ //
Agni said: / Puṣkara spoke to Paraśurāma that which was declared by Varuṇa, / the duties of worldly enjoyment and liberation, practising which Manu and others attain [their goals].
