puṣkara uvāca
brāhme muhūrte cotthāya viṣṇvādīn daivatān smaret /
ubhe mūtrapurīṣe tu divā kuryādudaṅmukhaḥ //

Puṣkara said: / Rising at the hour of Brahmā (brāhmamuhūrta), one should remember the deities headed by Viṣṇu. / Facing north, one should pass both urine and feces by day;
