āpohiṣṭheti tisṛbhiridamāpastathaiva ca /
tato jalāśaye magnaḥ kuryādantarjalaṃ japaṃ //
with the three verses beginning with 'āpo hi ṣṭhā', and likewise 'idam āpaḥ'. / Then, submerged in the reservoir of water, one should perform recitation under water.
