bhāvaśuddhaś ca brahmāṇḍaṃ bhittvā brahma bhavennaraḥ /
āṣaḍhyāṃ paurṇamāsyāñca cāturmāsyaṃ vratañcaret //
and pure in intention, a man, piercing the cosmic egg, becomes Brahman. / On the full moon day of Āṣāḍha he should observe the four-month votive observance.
