satyapūtāṃ vadedvācaṃ manaḥpūtaṃ samācaret /
alāvudārupatrāṇi mṛṇmayaṃ vaiṣṇavaṃ yateḥ //
He should speak words purified by truth; he should act [in a manner] purified by the mind. / [Vessels made of] bottle-gourds, wood, and earthenware belong to a renunciant devoted to Viṣṇu.
