divānugacchedgāś caiva tiṣṭhannūrdhvaṃ rajaḥ pivet /
vṛṣabhaikādaśā gāstu dadyādvicāritavrataḥ(1) //
By day he should follow the cows, and standing upright, he should drink their dust; / having completed the votive observance, he should give away cows with a bull as the eleventh.
