17.14

sādhyāstair ayajandevān bhūtamuccāvacaṃ bhujāt(1) /
sanatkumāraṃ rudrañca sasarja krodhasambhavam //

With them the Sādhyas sacrificed to the gods; and from his arm [arose] beings high and low.
He created Sanatkumāra, and Rudra, who was born of his anger;
