pītvā sarvāghanirmukto viṣṇulokī hy upoṣitaḥ /
upavāsī sāyambhojī yatiḥ ṣaṣṭhātmakālavān //
Having drunk it, freed from all sin, having fasted, one attains the realm of Viṣṇu. / One who fasts, one who eats in the evening, an ascetic, one who eats only at every sixth mealtime,
