prātaḥ snātvā samabhyarcya vipradāmpatyamarcayet(3) /
tadaṣṭakaṃ dvije dadyāllalitā prīyatāṃ mama(4) //
Having bathed and worshipped in the morning, one should honor a Brahmin couple; / one should give that group of eight to a twice-born, saying: ‘May Lalitā be pleased with me!’
