caturthyāṃ phālgune naktamavighnākhyā vrajet //
And one who performs the fourth lunar day in the month of Bhādrapada goes to Śiva. / On the fourth lunar day in Phālguna, [eating] at night, one attains the [vow] named Avighnā.
