prajārthamṛṣayothāsya mamanthurdakṣiṇaṃ karaṃ /
veṇasya mathito pāṇau sambabhūva pṛthur nṛpaḥ //
Then, for the sake of offspring, the sages churned his right hand;
from the churned hand of Veṇa, King Pṛthu was born.
