kopaṃ yacchata dāsyanti kanyāṃ vo māriṣāṃ varām /
tapasvino muneḥ kaṇḍoḥ(2) pramlocāyāṃ mamaiva ca //
"Restrain your anger! They will give you the excellent maiden Māriṣā, / [begotten] of the ascetic sage Kaṇḍu upon Pramlocā, and [nourished] by me.
