āpasya putro vaitaṇḍyaḥ śramaḥ śānto munis tathā /
dhruvasya kālo lokānto varcāḥ somasya vai sutaḥ //
The sons of Āpa were Vaitaṇḍya, Śrama, Śānta, and the sage [Muni]; / the son of Dhruva was Kāla, the end of the worlds; Varcas was the son of Soma.
