vṛṣākapiś ca śambhuś ca kapardī raivatas tathā /
mṛgavyādhasya sarpaś ca kapālī daśa caikakaḥ /
rudrāṇāṃ ca śataṃ lakṣaṃ yair vyāptaṃ sacarācaraṃ //

Vṛṣākapi, Śambhu, Kapardin, Raivata, / Mṛgavyādha, Sarpa, and Kapālin—these are the eleven Rudras; / and there are a hundred and a hundred thousand Rudras by whom all moving and unmoving things are pervaded.
