ṣaṣṭyāmathākṣayaṃ /
kṛṣṇaṣaṣṭhīvrataṃ vakṣye mārgaśīrṣe carecca tat(1) //
On the sixth lunar day, then, [the fruit is] imperishable. / I shall declare the votive observance of the dark sixth lunar day; one should observe that in Mārgaśīrṣa.
