trailokyajayakāyeti(1) meḍhraṃ jaṅghe yajeddhareḥ /
sarvādhipataye pādau viṣṇoḥ sarvātmane namaḥ //
with "to the conqueror of the three worlds", one should worship the penis [and] the shanks of Hari; / with "to the sovereign lord of all", the two feet; homage to Viṣṇu, the universal Self.
