arghyaṃ dadāmi deveśa arghyārhādyaiḥ sadārcitaḥ(4) //
To Viṣṇu who holds an umbrella and a staff, to Vāmana, homage, homage! / I offer the water offering, O Lord of gods, who are ever worshipped by those worthy of water offerings and the rest.
