agnir uvāca
trayodaśīvratānīha sarvadāni vadāmi te /
anaṅgena kṛtāmādau vakṣye 'naṅgatrayodaśīṃ //
Agni said: / I will proclaim to you the votive observances of the thirteenth lunar day, which bestow everything. / First I will proclaim Anaṅga-trayodaśī, instituted by Anaṅga.
