ṛṣibhyo nāradādyuktāḥ pūjāḥ snānādipūrvikāḥ /
svāyambhuvādyāstāḥ kṛtvā viṣṇvāderbhuktimuktidāḥ //
The rites of worship preceded by bathing and the like, spoken of by Nārada and others to the ṛṣis, / having been performed by Svāyambhuva and others, bestow worldly enjoyment and liberation with respect to Viṣṇu and others.
