bhuktimuktimavāpnoti kalpāṃś caiva trayodaśa //
completing [the vow] and giving a sacrificial fee, the observer of the vow should break the fast. / He attains worldly enjoyment and liberation, and [dwells in heaven] for thirteen cosmic cycles.
