agnihotraṃ tapaḥ satyaṃ vedānāñcānupālanaṃ /
ātithyaṃ vaiśvadevañca prāhuriṣṭañca nākadaṃ //
The agnihotra, ascetic austerity, truthfulness, preservation of the Vedas, / hospitality, and the offering to all deities—this they declare to be sacrificial rite, which grants heaven.
