209.40

manasā ca tathā śūdrāt svastivācanakaṃ tathā /
abhayaṃ sarvadaivatyaṃ bhūmirvai viṣṇudevatā //

and mentally from a Śūdra; and likewise the blessing of welfare. / Protection from fear has all deities as its presiding divinity; the earth has Viṣṇu as its deity;
