tailavinduryathā cāpsu prasarped bhūgataṃ tathā /
sarveṣāmevadānānamekajanmānugaṃ phalaṃ //

Just as a drop of oil spreads upon the water, so does [the merit] accrued from land. / The fruit of all other gifts follows [one] through a single birth;
