ghoṣayitvā jayaṃ rājño rājā bhadrāsane sthitaḥ /
abhayaṃ ghoṣayed durgānmocayedrājyapālake //
having proclaimed the king's victory, while the king sits upon the auspicious throne,
should proclaim fearlessness, and he should release prisoners from fortresses, while protecting the realm.
