nārada uvāca
vakṣye snānaṃ kriyādyarthaṃ nṛsiṃhena tu mṛttikāṃ /
gṛhītvā tāṃ dvidhā kṛtvā manaḥsnānamathaikayā //
Nārada said: / I shall explain the bath for rites and other duties. Having taken clay with the Nṛsiṃha [mantra], / and dividing it into two portions, one first performs the mental bath with one portion.
