220.12

dharmiṣṭhān dharmakāyeṣu śūrān saṅgrāmakarmasu /
nipuṇānarthakṛtyeṣu(1) sarvatra ca tathā śucīn //

[should appoint] the most righteous to pious works, the valiant to duties of war, / the skilled to financial duties, and the pure everywhere;
