jagadvyāpnoti vai cārair ato rājā samīraṇaḥ /
doṣanigrahakāritvādrājā vaivasvataḥ prabhuḥ //
The king pervades the world through his spies; therefore the king is the Wind.
Because he suppresses faults, the sovereign king is Vaivasvata (Yama).
