śodhayitvā nyasettattvaṃ karaśuddhirathāstrakaṃ /
vyāpakaṃ hastayorādau dakṣiṇāṅguṣṭhatoṅgakaṃ //
Having purified it, one should deposit the cosmic principles. Then comes purification of the hands, and then the astra-mantra; / first the pervasive ritual deposition on the hands, then on the limbs beginning from the right thumb.
