śakunādau śubhe yāyājjayāya harimāsmaran /
vakṣye maṇḍalacintānte kartavyaṃ rājarakṣaṇaṃ //
When an omen and the like is auspicious, he should march for victory, remembering Hari. / Following the deliberation on the circle [of kings], I shall speak of the protection of the king that must be performed.
