rāma uvāca
svāmyamātyañca rāṣṭrañca durgaṃ koṣo balaṃ suhṛt /
parasparopakārīdaṃ saptāṅgaṃ rājyamucyate //
Rāma said: / The sovereign, the minister, the realm, the fort, the treasury, the army, and the ally: / this kingdom is said to have seven limbs, mutually supportive.
