240.18

ityamātyasya karmedaṃ hanti savyasanānvitaḥ /
hiraṇyadhānyavastrāṇi vāhanaṃ prajayā bhavet //

such is the duty of the minister; if afflicted with calamity, he ruins this.
Gold, grain, garments, and mounts come from the subjects;
