oṃ parāstrādisvanāmātmā(1) caturthyanto namontakaḥ /
ekavyūhādiṣaḍviṃśavyūhāttasyātmano manuḥ(2) //
Oṃ, the supreme weapon and so forth, composed of one's own name, ending in the dative case and concluding with "namaḥ"— / this is the mantra of that Self, ranging from the single emanation up to the twenty-six emanations.
