ṛgvedaṃ vyāpakaṃ haste aṅgulīṣu yajurnyaset /
taladvayetharvarūpaṃ śirohṛccaraṇāntakaḥ //
One should deposit the Ṛgveda pervasively in the hand, the Yajurveda upon the fingers, / the form of the Atharvaveda upon the two palms, ending with the head, heart, and feet.
