uttamāṅgulalalāṭāsyahṛnnābhāvatha guhyake /
uruyugme tathā jaṅghe gulphapādeṣu ca kramāt //
On the crown of the head, forehead, mouth, heart, navel, then the genitals, / on the two thighs, as well as the shanks, ankles, and feet in sequence:
