śatrumitrasamāḥ sabhyā alobhāḥ śrutivedinaḥ //
The king, free from anger, should look into legal proceedings alongside learned Brāhmaṇas; / the jurors should treat enemy and friend alike, be free from greed, and know the Vedas.
