vibhāvayennacelliṅgaistatsamaṃ dātumarhati /
deyañcaurahṛtaṃ dravyaṃ rājñā janapadāya tu //
if he does not prove it by marks, he should pay an amount equal to it. / But stolen goods should be returned by the king to the district.
