trirātraṃ niyatopoṣya śrāpayet pāyasañcaruṃ /
tenāhutiśataṃ pūrṇaṃ juhuyāt tryambaketyṛcā //
Having observed a fast for three nights with restraint, he should cook a boiled rice-milk offering; / with that, he should offer a full hundred oblations with the verse “tryambakam.”
