abhyukṣya ghṛtaśeṣeṇa mekhalābandha iṣyate /
strīṇāṃ yāsāntu garbhāṇi patanti bhṛgusattama //
having sprinkled [the woman] with the remainder of the clarified butter, the binding of the girdle is prescribed / for women whose embryos miscarry, O best of the Bhṛgus.
