tathā raudragaṇaṃ hutvā sarvān doṣān vyapohati /
etair daśaguṇair homī hy aṣṭādaśasu śāntiṣu //
Likewise, having offered the Raudra group into the fire, he dispels all afflictions. / One who performs fire oblations tenfold with these [hymns] indeed [succeeds] in the eighteen pacifying rites.
