yo vetti sa hy ajeyaḥ sthātsambandhe vāhuśauṇḍikaḥ /
āhāraśuddhiragnyarthamagnimūlaṃ balaṃ nṛṇāṃ //
He who knows this would indeed be unconquerable, skilled in bodily wrestling. / Purity of food is for the sake of the digestive fire; the digestive fire is the root of men's strength.
