dhanvantarir uvāca
siṃhī śaṭī(1) niśāyugmaṃ vatsakaṃ kvāthasevanaṃ /
śiśoḥ sarvātisāreṣu stanyadoṣeṣu śasyate //
Dhanvantari said:
Bṛhatī, śaṭī, the two kinds of turmeric, and kutaja—drinking a decoction of these / is commended for all kinds of diarrhea in a child, and for disorders caused by [vitiated] mother's milk.
