dhanvantarir uvāca
kalpāmmṛtyuñcayānvakṣye hy āyurdānrogasardanān /
triśatī rogahā sevyā madhvājyatriphalāmṛtā //
Dhanvantari said:
I shall proclaim the rejuvenating recipes that conquer death, bestow long life, and destroy diseases.
Triphalā and guḍūcī taken with honey and ghee destroys disease and grants three hundred years of life.
