rasair vimṛjya dve guñje sājyaṃ pañcaśatābdavān /
aśvagandhā palaṃ tailaṃ sājyaṃ khaṇḍaṃ śatābdavān //
juices, taken in the amount of two guñjās with ghee, makes one live five hundred years.
A pala of aśvagandhā in oil, taken with ghee and candied sugar, makes one live a hundred years.
