mūtrabhaṅge 'tha vā vījaṃ kvathitaṃ trapūṣasya ca /
tvagdoṣeṣu pivennimbaṃ vṛṣaṃ vā kvathitaṃ dvipaḥ //
In retention of urine, a decoction of cucumber seeds [is given]; / in skin diseases, the elephant should drink a decoction of nimba or vāśā.
