vahiḥ kuryādviśeṣeṇa nāsatyau varuṇaṃ yajet /
samullikhya tato devīṃ śākhābhiḥ parivārayet //
should be performed outside [the city] in particular. One should worship the two Nāsatyas and Varuṇa.
Having drawn [an image of] the goddess, one should surround it with branches.
