pūrvādau cauṣadhībhiś ca devānāṃ bhājanaṃ pṛthak /
pṛthakśatāhutīścājyair gajānarcya pradakṣiṇaṃ //
in the east and other directions with herbs. There should be a separate vessel for the deities,
and one hundred oblations of ghee for each. Having worshipped the elephants, [they should make] a circumambulation.
