oṃ namo bhagavate rudra nāśaya viṣaṃ sthāvarajaṅgamaṃ
kṛtrimākṛtrimaviṣamupaviṣaṃ nāśaya nānāviṣaṃ
daṣṭakaviṣaṃ nāśaya dhama 2 dama 2 vama 2
meghāndhakāradhārākarṣanirviṣayībhava saṃhara 2 gaccha 2
āveśaya 2 viṣotthāpanarūpaṃ mantrāntādviṣadhāraṇaṃ oṃ
kṣipa oṃ kṣipa svāhā

Oṃ, homage to the Blessed Rudra! Destroy the poison, immobile and mobile, / artificial and natural poison, and secondary poison! Destroy the various poisons! / Destroy the poison of the bitten one! Blow, blow! Subdue, subdue! Vomit, vomit! / Pulling the streams [of rain] from the darkness of clouds, become free of poison! Destroy, destroy! Go, go! / Possess, possess! With the extraction of poison as its nature, ending with the mantra, holding the poison: Oṃ, cast it away! Oṃ, cast it away! Svāhā!
