amṛtaṃ tatkarāddaityā surebhyo 'rdhaṃ pradāya ca /
gṛhītvā jagmurjanmādyā viṣṇuḥ strīrūpadhṛk tataḥ //
Taking the nectar from his hand, after giving half to the gods,
the Daityas, led by Janman, departed; then Viṣṇu assumed the form of a woman.
