hṛdādisthānagān varṇān gandhapuṣpai samarcayet /
dharmādyagnyādyadharmādi gātre pīṭhe 'mbuje nyaset //
One should worship the letters located in the places such as the heart with perfumes and flowers. / One should deposit dharma and so forth in the south-east and other [directions], and adharma and so forth on the body, on the pedestal, and on the lotus.
