aṅguṣṭhādikaniṣṭhāntaṃ vinyasyāṅgāni sarvataḥ /
nyasenmantrākṣaraṃ pādaguhyahṛdvaktramūrdhasu //
Having assigned [the syllables to] the limbs everywhere, from the thumb to the little finger, / one should deposit the syllables of the mantra on the feet, the private parts, the heart, the mouth, and the head.
